To Qualify for EXCHANGE/RETURNS the customer will need to update us via email/whatsapp with their concern within 48 hrs of product delivery.
- Incase a customer receives a wrong item or an item with any kind of manufacturing defect:
The customer can get it Exchanged with any other item of similar or more value or can also opt for a full refund (via UPI/in bank account/as gift coupon)
- Incase a customer is dissatisfied:
Imeora still offers Exchange or Refund facility (Refund in terms of Gift Coupon ONLY) and Exchange with any other item of similar or more value.
Customer will have to send the goods back to us at their own expense in the original condition with all Tags/Goodies/cards intact. Once we receive the goods we shall get in touch with you further processing.
If the Item(s) received are not as desired, the Refund/Exchange policy will stand Null and Void.
No return/exchange/refund applicable on customized items.

Imeora doesn’t provide Reverse Pickup facility; hence the customer is required to send the goods back to us at their own expense.
Item cancellation request is accepted generally within 24hrs of placing the order or prior to dispatch whichever comes early. In certain cases an order might come in transit within few hours of placing the order. You may raise a cancellation request by dropping us an email.
