We ensure complete privacy & safety of your products; hence we pack your Items in a high strength opaque thick brown corrugated (Cardboard) box.
All this is done FREE OF CHARGE!

- We provide Free shipping for all orders irrespective of the Product/Cart value.
- All product prices at imeora.com are inclusive of taxes and there are absolutely No Hidden charges whatsoever.
- In limited cases the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.
- It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to certain product characteristics, or availability.
- The shipping for you will still be Free irrespective of the size of the order. Even if it costs us more to ship your Order, we shall bear the extra cost.
- There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain Pin codes as products cannot be shipped to those destinations, in such scenarios, order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting you to provide an alternate serviceable Pin code.
Payment for your purchase can be made with one of the below methods:
- Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking.
- Paytm Wallet.
- Cash on Delivery*(COD):
- Please check your PIN CODE for COD availability in your area.
- Cash-on-Delivery is available only for orders bearing minimum cart value of 1000/- INR.
- There are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery.
Terms & Conditions:
- Orders for which any Gift Coupon / Imeora Cashback has been applied to the final cart doesn't qualify for Cash-on-Delivery.
- All orders placed using Cash on delivery as payment method will be verified through a call or OTP (One Time password) sent to their mobile before dispatching.
- You will be required to pay our courier partner in CASH at the time of order Delivery to complete the payment.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available at some particular pin codes. You may check to see if COD option is available at your PIN Code location at the product detail page.
Once your product is dispatched, we shall share the tracking URL of the courier via email/sms so that you can keep a track of the delivery progress. Alternatively, you may check 'My Account' section for details.
- Our estimated Dispatch/Delivery time for all the products will be displayed on the product detail page. You will also receive an email with the order summary and the estimated delivery time to your PIN Code location.
- Generally we process your order within a day or two, and dispatch it through reputed courier services with tracking facility.
- We ship on all days (except Sundays & public holidays). It takes around 4 to 8 working days for a product to be delivered in PAN India.
- In limited cases the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Delivery may also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including (but not limited to) bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and so on. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via email/SMS service.
- A remote location might take more delivery time than usual. However, Imeora.com will not take any responsibility incase your order doesn't reach you in 4-8 business days.
- At present, we ship an order only to a single destination address. For delivery at different addresses you will be required place multiple orders. Please check 'My addresses' section.
