To Qualify For EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUNDS
1. You will need to update us via email within 48 hrs of product delivery regarding your concern.
2. Incase a wrong item has been received, a manufacturing defect we shall exchange/refund in case of prepaid orders.
Only Exchange is allowed in case of Cash on Delivery Orders.
Note: Only One Exchange is Allowed Per Order. No Return/Refund on Exchanged Products.
3. Item to be returned against respective Refund or exchange will have to be sent back to us by you in the original condition to the address mentioned on Invoice. We do not provide reverse pickup.
4. Once we receive the item(s) back, we shall initiate Refund/Exchange ONLY IF the Item(s) are found to be intact accompanied with original invoice and all respective addons/Gifts. REFUND will be credited to your account within 4 to 6 working days depending on your bank processing time.
5. If the Item(s) received are not as desired, the Refund policy will stand Null and Void.
6. No Return/Exchange for item(s) sold under Special Sale/Festival Sale.

Item cancellation request is accepted generally within 24hrs of placing the order or prior to dispatch whichever comes early. In certain cases an order might come in transit within few hours of placing the order. You may raise a cancellation request by dropping us an email. ( Resp amount will be refunded incase of Prepaid orders )
